Objectives

Provide stable 24/7 care with consistent structure and relational safety.

Deliver emotional, physical, and cultural supports tailored to each youth.

Reduce placement disruptions through a holistic, home-based alternative to institutional care.

Incorporate First Nations healing practices and Elder guidance, upon request, to support identity and well-being.
Program Features

Experienced Facilitators: Day/evening teams with awake-night coverage; oversight by a Program Director.

Individualized Care Plans: Trauma-informed, strengths-based, and family-centered planning for each resident.
Referral & Intake Referrals
accepted through our website &/or by emailing us directly Intake includes Director-led assessment, and an integration plan developed with agency staff and family as we move along the process.

Referral Pathway
Workers can initiate services by submitting a referral and relevant history; we collaborate quickly to complete Specialized Resource Home intake. Often under short notice.
